Since its establishment, the company has served CRRC Corporation Limited, the benchmark of China's rail transit industry, through its efficient international logistics system, and has become an excellent supplier to major subsidiaries of CRRC. Along with the rapid development of China's rail transit industry, Haoming has actively participated in the construction of China's urban rail transit and high-speed railway projects. Haoming integrates import agency with independent R&D and manufacturing, and has supplied various integrated products for rail transit vehicles for many years. Its applications cover EMU, electric locomotive, metro, tram, monorail vehicle, APM rubber-tired vehicle, suspended monorail vehicle and many other vehicle types. Its main products include vehicle cooling system, vehicle new energy battery system, vehicle auxiliary speed limiting system, vehicle sanding device system, major carbody components, vehicle fasteners, vehicle electrical components, depot equipment, carbody interior parts, bogie components, internal and external vehicle film, software development and mechanical design, intelligent display system, horn system and other products.

Nanjing Haoming has established subsidiaries including Nanjing HI-RAIL Trans Tech Co., Ltd., Nanjing Haoming Flower and Horticulture Co., Ltd., and Haoming Industry and Trade Pty Ltd. Haoming has always adhered to the parallel development of growth and innovation, and has introduced outstanding R&D personnel with many years of experience in the rail transit industry into its R&D team. Among them, there are approximately 15 core R&D personnel, each with more than 10 years of industry experience. The team also includes approximately 20 professional designers specializing in electronic control, software design, mechanical design and fluid equipment, while other R&D team members are outstanding graduates from leading universities such as 985 and 211 institutions with strong innovative capabilities.

Our R&D team actively pursues innovation and, living up to expectations, has received support from multiple project development funds and government industrial application programs in Nanjing. We maintain strong exchange and cooperation with well-known domestic scientific research institutions, including China's industry testing centers. Meanwhile, relying on industry platforms, we place great emphasis on the cultivation and recruitment of high-caliber talent and have established cooperative relationships with many universities across China. The company has developed a comprehensive talent training system for technical R&D personnel.

Through years of in-depth development in the rail transit industry, our company has cultivated a group of outstanding project management professionals and established a highly cohesive and capable project management team. Our project management team currently consists of more than 30 members, among whom employees with over 10 years of project management experience in the industry account for 20% of the team, while employees with 5-10 years of industry project management experience account for 50% of the team.

Our project management team adopts the PPM project portfolio management model and utilizes professional project management software to implement full life cycle project management covering key areas including time management, cost management, configuration management, and risk management. This approach not only significantly improves project management efficiency, but also further ensures the successful operation of the company's projects.
