System Functions        

The company independently develops and manufactures integrated lithium battery systems and provides customers with integrated solutions for various power supply systems. It offers a series of products including emergency power supplies and traction power supplies for rail transit, as well as UPS and energy storage power supplies. The company's lithium battery products include lithium iron phosphate battery systems, ternary lithium battery systems and lithium titanate battery systems. All lithium battery system products have passed safety tests including overcharge, over-discharge, nail penetration, impact and drop tests, and comply with national standards and railway standard inspection requirements.

System Principles

The lithium battery system mainly consists of battery modules, an intelligent Battery Management System (BMS), chargers, maintenance switches, relays, fuses and enclosures. It provides direct current power, which is converted by the converter into the required voltage and frequency to meet various power supply demands. When the battery system operates abnormally, the BMS provides protection through relays and circuit breakers and sends status and alarm signals to the train.
