1、Functions

1） High-low tone horn

     The two horns correspond to high-frequency and low-frequency sounds respectively, and emit sound simultaneously after power-on.

2） Recordable horn

2.1) Recordable sound function. The controller features programming and erasing functions, allowing the recorded sound to be repeatedly programmed and erased as required, and supports audio formats such as MP3 and WAV;

2.2) Volume adjustment function. The volume can be smoothly adjusted through programming software or an external potentiometer, with an adjustment range of 0–113 dB(A) at a distance of 2 m;

2.3) Equipped with short-circuit protection, overvoltage protection, and overcurrent protection functions.

3、Operating Principle

1） After the high-low tone horn is energized, both horns sound simultaneously, producing a mixed high- and low-frequency sound. The sound stops immediately after power-off.

2）The recordable horn (electric horn) supports playback of two types of sounds. Each sound corresponds to one switch. When the corresponding switch is turned on, the horn starts playing the corresponding sound. When the switch is turned off, the horn stops playback.

When the switch is turned on again, the horn restarts playback from the beginning. The sound continuously loops within one audio cycle until switched off.

4、Advantages

1）High-low tone horn

Simple structure, convenient assembly, and high cost performance. It is widely used in applications with limited requirements for sound quality.

2) Recordable horn

2.1）Meets diversified sound requirements. Current horns mainly generate sound through mechanical simulation, resulting in monotonous and non-modifiable sound quality.

The recordable horn (electric horn) can record different sounds according to requirements, including MP3-format music, and supports erase and repeated recording functions.

2.2） Adjustable volume. Most current electric horns only provide one fixed volume level and cannot be adjusted. The volume of the recordable horn (electric horn) can be adjusted through computer software or a potentiometer.
